There are moments when the world quiets, when color itself seems to lean in and listen. The Listener grew from that silence, from the space where thought turns to feeling and observation becomes understanding.
Bathed in hues of turquoise, coral, and gold, the parrot embodies presence, aware, grounded, and luminous within its stillness. Each layered brushstroke echoes the rhythm of quiet perception, where patience reveals beauty and connection is felt rather than spoken.
In this painting, I wanted to explore how listening is its own form of grace - how stillness can shine brighter than sound, and how awareness itself becomes art.
