Known for their solitary nature and striking beauty, leopards are both powerful and poetic. In this painting I tried to visualize a story of strength intertwined with vulnerability, as the vibrant hues illuminate the emotional landscape of lost love and the enduring hope that follows.
In the golden savannah, where the tall grasses sway,
A leopard wanders softly, lost in thought today.
Beneath the sun's warm gaze, a bright flower catches sight,
A yellow bloom, a beacon, in the gentle light.
A butterfly flutters by, wings whispering in the air,
Stirring memories of moments, of a bond beyond compare.
Two leopards once together, side by side in play,
Now just a fleeting shadow, as the sun begins to sway.
The gentle giants roam, their presence strong and true,
A reminder of connection, in all that they pursue.
With each delicate petal and the butterfly’s soft song,
The heart knows the journey, where it truly belongs.
In the dance of the savannah, each moment weaves a thread,
And from the past, we learn that love and joy are never dead.
For in the heart's reflection, every memory will show,
That though we may wander, our bonds will always grow.
