Presence in Stillness reflects that state for me, a moment of restraint, trust, and inner resolve. It comes from the belief that growth doesn’t always appear as visible action. Sometimes it gathers beneath the surface, shaping what is meant to emerge next.
Stillness is not absence. It is breath held with intention, energy conserved, and trust in renewal.
